Wednesday, December 12, 2018 - perfect drinking spot right now, the nose shows strong scents of rose petals, cherry and leather, dry, complex, complete, buff tannins, dried cherry, beef jerky, earth and black tea on the palate, tobacco hints carry away the finish, supportive acid, overall a classy classico, went great with a basic cheese pizza; coming from a sangiovese lover, I highly recommend this, will continue to drink well for many years to come
