Saturday, June 25, 2011 - Minneapolis Wine Club - Mix of N/V and Vintage Champagne (Irene's Garden): Light gold color. I really like this champagne. This has a nice nose with yeast, minerals, candied green apples, citrus, pear, and bit of smoke. The palate shows bright fruits consistent with the nose that meld nicely with the minerality and acidity, lovely finish. Solid and consistent.
