Friday, August 19, 2022 - Festival of Phil (Phil's place, Putney, Sydney): From Coravin. Red berry, ashy stalks, sweet spices, meaty, smidge of farmyard, leather, a little wild ferment. Medium plus intensity acidity, savoury, actually tends to sour, red hued fruits, red currant, a little textured burr, fruit tea. Nice.
