Thursday, February 2, 2017 - Casual Burg Dinner with Three Tarts and Friends (The Bristol - Chicago IL): Lush black fruit aromas with slightly sweet spice come across as ripe, but enticing. Flavors are more simply ripe and less exciting, seeming somewhat roasted to me. Good now, but I wouldn't see any upside from here.
