Saturday, August 30, 2014 - Decanted for 1 hour. Very nice nose, typical Bordeaux perfume. Nice red fruits on the palate, with good intensity. Served this after the 1982 Batailley, with Prime Rib and roasted potatoes. This wine was easily the favorite, but ... The aftertaste was noticeably short / sharp / bitter compared to the Batailley.
