Friday, April 3, 2015 - Drink up now - it's hitting the end of the window. The cork basically disintegrated into the wine, but wine was still pulled together. More of the green and herbal side of things - the fruit had basically faded. Still has that great deepness you sometimes get in old wines. Paired really nicely with a bolognese pasta.
