Thursday, May 21, 2015 - Monthly tasting club "The Tasting Club" 2015-04; Odd grapes. (@ UW): Candy in the bouquet. Apples, fennel, licorice and some creaminess as well. On the palate a lot of apples, and pears (but not really fresh pears), minerals, mild acidity and quite much grapefruit bitterness in the finish.
