95 Points

Thursday, January 26, 2017 - Food: Japanese
Duration: 5 hours
Condition: perfect
Aroma: smoke, coffee, licorice, mint, blueberry, espresso, red flower, honey
Notes: complexity of the aroma is one of the things I will never forget (and will never get enough of) from a la mouline. The mysterious depth on the nose is a killer and most certainly this is one of the most feminine La Moulines I've had. Before I never would've associated a woman with La Mouline but somehow the 1991 gives me such feeling. More like a woman that you've always liked but was never able to get. The clarify of the aroma was amazing and this remains as one of my favorite wines!
