Saturday, March 2, 2024 - Very expressive perfume out of the glass. Plenty of dark berries, cocoa powder, licorice, cardamom, violet, and creosote. This has gained considerable depth on the palate over the last few years, and I think it's close to entering its drinking window. Possessing very good definition for a wine of its weight/muscle, it finishes just ripe with grippy tannin still to resolve (93+). Hold/drink to 2036+.
