Thursday, June 1, 2023 - 13% abv, Drank in day 2, 1/5 left. Nose is medium intense, raisins, eucalyptus, dried prune, old leather, light smokiness from the charcoal, preserved citrus skins, earth and all spice. M+ acidity, somewhat coarse tannins and palate fading. But still showing there depth and elegance of Trevallon nevertheless.
