Monday, October 24, 2016 - Domaine Perrot-Minot Tasting/Dinner with Some Other Great Burgundy from DNS (The Bristol - Chicago IL): Tasted twice tonight over several hours. All black fruit coming across as very dense, meaty and powerful in a classically Gevrey package. This needs a decade in the cellar to develop some nuance. I prefer the Charmes right now, but expect this Mazoyeres will/might be better 2025 forward.
