Tuesday, January 26, 2016 - We had to have a sip of the "other" South African Chardonnay on the wine list at Vivat Bacchus. Transparent with green hues. Served too cold, which deadened the nose a bit. Palate simple but casual citrus and good acidity. A pleasant cocktail party Chardonnay.
