Saturday, November 28, 2020 - Jo Locke MW at The Wine Society recommended this in a recent webinar. And it's a great recommendation and a great wine. Beguiling of its vintage, this chardonnay is remarkably fresh and drinking really well at the moment. Drunk to accompany fish paella, poured immediately after opening. Pale gold colour. A complex nose showing tropical fruit, peaches and herbaceous notes. The palate has a great balance of acidity, rich, more tropical fruit, green apples, long finish. Lovely wine, should probably remain this good for another 12 months.
