Friday, August 19, 2022 - Festival of Phil (Phil's place, Putney, Sydney): From Coravin. Closed and reticent initially. With agitation some red cherry, spice, orange fruit tea. Medium plus intensity acidity, medium plus intensity chalky tannins, slight alcohol warmth, a little red cherry, fruit tea in support. Feels like it needs time to come together (despite being 11 years old)
