Saturday, May 20, 2023 - Preferred vs my last bottle. This time May 17 base and April 22 disgorgement. 5g/l
I remembered this as being more austere but this bottle despite excellent acidity also had a nice roundness to the fruit, very chalky and mineral and just overall delicious.
