Tuesday, January 28, 2014 - Nose: Fresh and lively with white fruits, mineral tones, white florals, pears, almonds, and tart green apples. There is medium depth to the nose with a focused style to it.

Taste: Medium bodied with crisp medium/high acidity. The structure is noticeable with white fruits, white florals, tart green apples, pears, and some mineral notes.

Overall: This was 1/12. The structure is still very vibrant with a crispness to the acidity.
