Sunday, March 30, 2014 - Fantastic, vivid aromas of spiced pear, lemon peel, and subtle pastry. Well balanced and energetic on the palate with a fine mousse, as ripe orchard fruit competes with lime citrus, fresh herbs, and spiced brioche, all bolstered by saline minerality. Delicious, with the stuffing to improve. Drink or hold.
