They promote the varietal aspects of champagnes offering a typical flight of four: one each of the main varietals and an assemblage of two or more. Having done that flight we transitioned to this bottle, which was excellent and wonderful though I took no precise notes at this point - the distraction of friends and relatives intervening in the scholarship. It was good enough to be gone by the next day.
