Sunday, November 25, 2018 - Great bottle - really pays to leave this cuvee alone for a few years after disgorgement. This one was based on 2013, and disgorged in early 2016. Vivid, focused, and very fresh fruit that is entirely shot through with chalk, very saline on the finish. Such good and true wine.
