Sunday, December 30, 2018 - Disgorged January 2013, so if I recall correctly how he makes his Terroirs cuvee, this bottle probably contains his 2008 and 2009 vintages. If anyone has more detail on that, your clarification would be welcome!
This is an outstanding wine, with pear, peach and apple aromas and the heft and body of a ten-year old grand cru. Although its bubbles are powerful and persistent, the drinking experience is akin to a lightly-oaked Chablis Grand Cru with a decade of cellaring.
