Saturday, February 2, 2019 - Disgorged in 2016, blend of 2013 and 2012 vintages. Dosage 5 gram. Blanc de blancs grand cru from plots in avize, oger, cramant, oiry.
Very minerals with lemon zest, citrus peel, great intensity on the palate with focused acidity. Nice balance on fruits, minerals, acidity, and fine delicate bubbles.
