Friday, March 27, 2020 - Green almond, grass and yeast....I don’t know why the nose makes me think of birch.
Mouth is plump and round, lingers a little and acid comes up a little delayed. Almost imperceptible bubbles, very lite effervescence which i love. Good structure drink up easy a whole bottle.
