Thursday, June 25, 2020 - Made from 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay (Avize, Oger, Cramant, Oiry), 25% fermented in oak, bottled May 2015, disgorged September 2018, dosage 5 gr/l. Pure and minerally, intense and direct, bright acidity, tightly wound but with ripe citrus fruit, firm and with lots of tension and energy.
