Sunday, December 20, 2020 - This wine had notes of green apple, citrus peel, wet stone, white mushrooms and oyster shells. The palate was fresh yet delicate with a clean and focused mid-palate with fine bubbles that led to a straight finish. This is a high-quality Champagne grower and one which I will come back to.
