Saturday, January 9, 2021 - From magnum, 1/4 into the bottle (“No” day), around 6 hours after first uncorked into Sydonios le Septentrional glass: Pale golden to the eyes.

Extra lift and broad spectrum of citrus fruits and ultra elegant nose. Toasty notes. Hints of reduction upfront.

Super fine acidity here. Very sleek style and lean in a good way. Very fine bubbles and clean finish.

Effortless wine. Very convincing style. 94 points.
