Friday, April 14, 2017 - A complementary glass from the somm at Rouge Tomate (NYC) to end our meal at the bar. A racy champagne with good cut, lemon zest, tart green apple and fine mousse. Not a heavy oxidative style, but more fresh and clean. Very nice
