Maturing at a glacial pace, still pale green flecked lemon in colour. The nose is flinty, saline, mineral and limes. Brackish on the palate, with broader Chardonnay fruit than I was expecting, and a long persistent finish. Broadness might pass with air? Suspect it needs a decant. Check in later. Day 2 and it’s tighter, more lemon and saline. Long future under Diam. next bottle 2026 18.25
