  Coravined 2 glasses to drink with baked smoked haddock.
  Initially very pale in colour, with greenish tinge, but seemed to take on a light straw note with second glass.
  Too cold initially, and bone dry, still taut. Opened up as it warmed up, this remains quite an austere Chablis compared to some. Bruised apple notes, and a hint of some riper fruit but this is what 'steely' was made for. Has it got more to give?

  Pale colour with a green tinge. Classic Chablis nose and palate. Very delicate. As others have noted, this will go for a few years yet.
