Wednesday, October 11, 2006 - Served at room temperature -- disjointed, ripe with somewhat harsh notes on finish. Returned to refrigerator. 30 minutes later -- slight nose of tonic water, a touch of white flowers, lime, salty/mineral. More floral on the palate with ripe white/yellow fruits, nice light weight, nice minerality, finishes with a pleasantly tart note.
