Saturday, March 18, 2023 - Off restaurant list. A good start here, even when the 2015 was not quite at the heights of the 2012 (97pt) we had a few months back, Raveneau delivered. Initially a bit closed, but opened up a lot and showed lemon curd, oak spice, buttery elements, almost like a Chassagne rather than Chablis but always deep, complex with a refreshing finish.
