Monday, March 16, 2015 - Pop & pour. Light golden color. The nose shows a slightly off-putting matchstick/smoke character mixed with brioche/yeast. The palate is initially light citrus & apples before yielding to a somewhat sweet marzipan note. Good acid/dryness balances the sweetness on the back end. Like it, don't love it.
