Friday, February 10, 2023 - Napa 2023: the quieter version; 2/6/2023-2/11/2023 (Napa/Sonoma California): Bottled in 2022 so this spent 115 years in cask and just recently got into the bottle. We drank this over the course of a week. First day it was pretty tight. Interesting, but not as much going on. Even at the end of the week I think it was just starting to open up a bit more. Still intense, caramel, darker dried fruits, drinking pretty well but this is a bottle you could drink over the course of a year.
