Sunday, May 8, 2016 - We definitely didn't need to open this after the slew of wines that proceeded. Extremely concentrated, glass staining. This needs some air, which we didn't do. Powerful wine. Blackberry and sage brush flavor. Soda mineral thing going on.

    5/9/2016 8:34:00 AM - Funny, so you guys opened the PB? I pulled that bottle, then left! That was of course after I had dropped onto the garage floor a bottle of Dry Creek zin, that created a river across the cement. How much air did the PB get?
