Sunday, November 5, 2023 - Never know what I’m going to get when I open a Bedrock. This one seems to be okay with some blackberries, licorice, brambles and such, not overly complex but good. Opened and decanted about an hour before dinner and seemed to be the same from start to about 3 hours later.
