Monday, January 5, 2015 - Aroma: floral, herbal, garrigue, red berry and prune.
Flavor: chocolate, red raspberry and cherry reduction sauce, spice and herbs (lavender & garrigue) becoming more pronounced as it opens up.
Comment: a little heat at first but opened up quickly. This has aged well to become an elegant wine with some complexity.
