Saturday, January 26, 2008 - Grapefruit peel dominated nose, with additional lemongrass, green herbs on the palate. Nice oily mouthfeel, and good length. Initially awkward, this benefited greatly from air. Update - thus held up very well in the fridge. The last glass 3 nights later was the best of all, rich and citrus-melony, not at all nutty or oxidized. I found serving temperature to be important; i enjoyed this most somewhere just below cellar temperature.
