Friday, July 5, 2019 - (Decanted for one hour, 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon)
Mature on the nose showing sweet blackberries and black currant combined with leather and cedar wood in a pleasant style. Still showing some austere tannins but combining well with the fruit that is starting to dry up showing a structured finish with some wood again. This is good now and should not be kept much longer.
