Saturday, February 27, 2016 - Francois's 70th Birthday Celebration - Kelly and Kevin's another excellent adventure; 2/26/2016-3/1/2016 (Paris and Bordeaux): Served en Methuselah. Excellent appearance. A bit of red cherry, strong oyster shell, sous bois and earth. The complexity is coming from slow aging. Very enjoyable.
