Saturday, November 4, 2023 - Pulled the cork 90 minutes before dinner of Duck Confit & roasted potatoes in duck fat. No decant. Red fruits dominate. Very smooth & delicate. Lots of red fruit flavors with complexity for sure beyond a Villages wine. Nice flavor layers. Very good.
