Monday, April 30, 2018 - Weekly tasting group RWP #284: Volcanic wines (@ PvdV): Pale yellow with a green hue. The bouquet is still a bit locked, but shows some green apples. On the palate a bit sparkling, firm citrus and green apple acidity. Minerals and grapefruit in the finish. 90 - 91 in this stage. Give it another 10 years?
