Thursday, August 31, 2023 - Strong fruit aromas of cassis and blackberry along with parchment, leather and cedar, yet the palate is lean and savory adding some mocha and bitter herbs. Really good stuff. Perfect for red meats. Might add more tertiary notes but no harm in drinking now with decant.
