Friday, March 10, 2017 - Pale gold color. Gorgeous aromas of lime zest, oyster shell, river stone, acacia, white pepper- medium intensity. Lush and rich citrus fruit on the palate, with layered floral and mineral depth, and notes of white pepper toward the back of the palate. Medium-plus acid, well integrated. Round texture, finely structured, medium finish. Very nice.
