Pale gold color. Gorgeous aromas of lime zest, oyster shell, river stone, acacia, white pepper- medium intensity. Lush and rich citrus fruit on the palate, with layered floral and mineral depth, and notes of white pepper toward the back of the palate. Medium-plus acid, well integrated. Round texture, finely structured, medium finish. Very nice.

Wine dinner with friends at Barbaracca, Godalming. Limited note taking. Slight youthful malo, white stone fruit and suppressed mineral core. Dry. Good simple Chablis in the making. Needs another 6 months or so to settle down. ?87 when ready. For drinking 3-4 years from vintage max.

Rich though still chablis acid nose. 2015 richness and with Chablis acid. Unusual year. Pleasant drinking.

Solid and perfectly fine Chablis, agree with the round and lush comments. I needed a split of white wine and this did the job.
