Sunday, December 3, 2023 - Oh my god, this is one of the most TANNIC Burgundies I have ever had. Do not open this for 5+ years. The tannins coat your whole mouth in bitter explosion. The noise is ok for a burg, lot's of dark cherry fruit. It doesn't taste worth the money now. Hours of aeration helped the tannins a bunch but the noise wasn't nearly as good as in the beginning, so stick this in a dark cellar for a good number of years.
