  • Oh my god, this is one of the most TANNIC Burgundies I have ever had. Do not open this for 5+ years. The tannins coat your whole mouth in bitter explosion. The noise is ok for a burg, lot's of dark cherry fruit. It doesn't taste worth the money now. Hours of aeration helped the tannins a bunch but the noise wasn't nearly as good as in the beginning, so stick this in a dark cellar for a good number of years.

  • BYO Centropa (Centropa, Deichmann, Oslo): Servert blindt. Lite fat å spore her, men et herlig vosne-typisk spicy preg.

  • Cathiard Vosne-Romanee Aux Reignots 2015.
    6 timer i karaffel.
    Nydelig Pinot-spice i ettersmaken.
    Killer vin. 95p

  • Took a while to get going. Had a similar "unclean" start on the nose as 2013 did end of last year, but blew off after a hour or so in the decanter. We aired this wine for like 4, 5 or 6 hours. For my palate this was probably too much as I felt the wine had already started the transition from the fresh, sweet, red-to-dark fruit which I got when checking in on the wine in the decanter - to the more dark and massive fruit together with some smokey wood character. Of the two phases, at least on the nose, I prefer the former. This is a deep and massive wine. Very impressive. Stylistically I prefer the 2013 although the 2015 can clearly go on for decades. The group enjoyed this one even more than I did.
