This wine is often more "Corton C." like, but today it’s more like a “Batard M.” version of Chablis. Buttercup yellow, rich honeycomb nose with an underlay of sea spray. Rich palate with salty, lemon, mandarin, nutty flavour overlays but not overblown as underneath it all there is good structure and acidity. Tighter on day 2. But so tasty now, why keep it?
