Sunday, November 20, 2022 - Most enjoyable. Horse leather, barn funk, white pepper, faded blackberry fruit, wet rocks. My wife said “nope” after 1 sip, so I killed the mag over 3 days. Given my current stash level, age, health, and wife’s lack of appreciation of Cayuse, I’m going to let this 10+ year winery allocation go.
