Friday, February 16, 2018 - By the glass at Bentley Restaurant & Bar in Sydney. Still fairly spicy with plenty of tannins on mid-palate. A touch bitter at backend. No over extraction. ABV 14.5% with very slight heat at finish. Decent Shiraz.
