Saturday, August 12, 2017 - The nose showed rich fruits, blueberry, plum, and raspberry with spicy floral tones, charred meat, smoke and dried flowers. On the palate, I found velvety textures with floral-infused red and blackberry fruits, sweet spices and saturating inner violet florals. It finished smoky with charred meats, spice, wild herbs and lingering inner florals.
