Saturday, January 16, 2021 - Decanted for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Aromas of fruit cake, raspberry, roasted herbs, lavender and currant. Flavors of raspberry, fig, sour cherry, roasted herbs and touch of pepper. Ends with a 25-30 second finish with raspberry and herb notes. At the one hour mark this was still a bit tight but probably could have used even more air or worth holding off for another few years. Think I preferred the 2016 regular bottling I had last year. More open for business and half the price.
